All-on-4 replaces a full upper or lower set of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by just four dental implants.
The implants are carefully angled to make the most of your existing bone, which in many cases means we can avoid bone grafting. For suitable patients, fixed temporary teeth are fitted on the same day as the implants, so you leave with teeth rather than a gap. Once everything has healed, your final, custom-made teeth are fitted.

Am I suitable for All-on-4?
Many people with missing or failing teeth are suitable, including some who have been told they don't have enough bone. We'll assess your health, gums and bone with a 3D scan at your free consultation.
Will I really have teeth on the same day?
For suitable patients, yes: fixed temporary teeth are fitted on the day your implants are placed. Your dentist will confirm this as part of your treatment plan.
Does it hurt?
Treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, with sedation available for nervous patients. Most people are surprised how manageable recovery is, and we'll give you clear aftercare advice.
How long do All-on-4 implants last?
With good home care and regular check-ups, implants can last for many years. We'll show you how to look after your new teeth and see you for regular reviews.
How much does it cost and can I spread the cost?
